Ever since he could remember, Michael has had a passion for music, either listening or playing. Michael taught himself how to play acoustic guitar and has been singing and writing ever since. His first six-song EP, Sappy Songs for Sappy Days, was self-released in June of 2006. From the catchy Spanish-style opening riff of "The Devil Wears Red" to the introspective look at breakups in "Giving Up The Fight," Michael creates his own style, often referred to as Bob Dylan meeting Rob Thomas. He has shared the stage with many outstanding artists including Dave Barnes, Rob Blackledge, Dave Tamkin, Tim Blane, & Beau Bristow. Michael's first full-length studio album "One Down"... is an explosion of sound and emotion.
