25x40 room, double and quadruple wall and ceiling construction. Two good sized isolation rooms with windows to the control room and to the live room. Heavy solid oak doors throughout the studio. Acoustic treatment design by Ken Kuipers of Auralex. 24 Metro diffusors on the ceiling. This is a facility built from the ground up in 2000 and it was designed to be a recording studio. It is not a pre-existing building turned in to a studio.
